BCM composers will be in residency at the University of Minnesota Duluth, Oct. 28-31, for four days of all-BCM concerts, clinics, and events with the UMND Wind Ensemble and the Twin Ports Wind Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Mark Whitlock.
